Each product presented online has a personal page where you can view the images of the same, the colors and the available sizes. The product page can be accessed in two ways:

1- Browsing the site, you can view all the pages relating to our products;

2- Through the "Product search" menu. If you know the name or the product code, enter it in the search bar. You can view all the information related to that product on the site.

To purchase a product, access the relevant product page (see above) and select the desired color and size. Click on the "Add to cart" button to add the item to your cart. Once you have selected the desired items, go to your cart and click Checkout. The purchase process can be completed by following 4 simple steps:

1) Registration. Creation of an account or login if it is previously registered;

2) Checkout. Entering information relating to the shipping address, accepting the conditions of sale, entering a personalized request, checking the details of the order;

3) Payment. Selection of the payment method and eventual insertion of the data related to your credit card;

4) Forwarding of the order.

After completing all the operations listed above, you will receive an email confirming receipt and processing of your order by us. As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive a second email with the details of your order, an invoice in electronic format and the information necessary to track the shipment.

The items on sale at the Eshop are always available as our products are made individually according to the color preferences of our customers. Once we receive the order, we will proceed to its realization in the shortest possible time. On average they are considered between 10/15 working days for this procedure.

On the website, on each product page there is a conversion table of standard sizes to facilitate the operations of choosing the correct size.

If you wish to cancel or modify your order, please send an email as soon as possible to info@marcoarrigoni.com . We will do our best to satisfy your request. Once the order has been set up, we will no longer be able to guarantee the cancellation or modification of the same. We currently only accept one form of payment per order.

PACKAGING AND SHIPMENT

Your personalized order will be sent to production only after the payment and delivery details have been approved.

The average lead time of the garment is between 10 and 15 working days. Once the order is ready, it will be immediately sent to you.

The amount that will be charged for the shipment will be displayed directly on the checkout page.

For shipments to Europe it is used DHL Express service and delivery times are 3-5 working days from the date of shipment. You will receive an email on the exact day we entrust the shipment to the courier.

Please check that there is always a person available to sign for the receipt of the goods, as the courier will not be able to deliver any item in the absence of the signature.

It is possible to track the progress of your order by logging into your account in the order history section. We inform you that the shipping times indicated are only an estimate and we will not be responsible for any loss or damage caused by delays in delivery.

At the moment it is only possible to ship to one address per order. To ship to multiple addresses, please set an order for each destination.

We are unable to allow a change in the shipping address. Therefore, please make sure to provide a correct shipping address.

Yes, each delivery requires a signature proving receipt of the goods. We will not be able to authorize any delivery in the absence of the signature.

PRODUCT CARE

As it is also made of natural yarns, it is essential to protect them using of the appropriate mothproof products.

We also invite you to wear the garment avoiding contact with jewelry and jewelry that could damage it.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

For online purchases, Marco Arrigoni will fully refund the price of the Products provided that they are returned by the Customer not worn, unused and undamaged, as well as accompanied by the relative original invoice, with the institutional packaging Marco Arrigoni and with the label and tag intact and attached to the Product.

The goods must be returned within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of receipt of the Products.

Marco Arrigoni reserves the right to refuse, at its discretion, the return of those Products that do not comply with the requirements indicated above.

The product can be returned using the free return label provided with each shipment.

We will do everything possible to ensure a refund as soon as possible. Returns on www.marcoarrigoni.com are processed no later than 14 (fourteen) days from the date of receipt by Marco Arrigoni of the returned Product.

We will send you an email notification once the refund has been made .

Refunds will be made with the same payment method used for the purchase.

No, you will not incur any costs for returning the products. We offer a free return service.

You have the right to obtain a change of a product purchased on Marco Arrigoni within the free return period (fourteen days from the date of receipt of the goods).

To obtain a change of product, return the original product following the instructions and return conditions.

Please consider that new orders are subject to product availability. You will be informed in the event that we are unable to immediately process your order.

TAXES AND DUTIES

All orders shipped in the European Union (Intra-EEC) are inclusive of VAT.
